We start the process with a free introductory call for all new clients. During our call, we’ll discuss where you are in your business and where you feel like you need the most help.
If at the end of our call, we seem like a good fit, we’ll ask for access to your books and records so that we can do a detailed assessment of your needs. We’ll also schedule a follow-up meeting to review our findings and pricing for our services.
Our work is based on the unique needs of your business which means our fees vary between clients. We love up-front pricing, but we haven’t found a way to provide reliable quotes online. If you have a specific budget in mind, let us know during your introductory call and we’ll do our best to find a solution that meets your needs and your budget.
We have designed our packages to give excellent value at each service level. We can’t promise to be your least expensive option. However, our humanized approach to accounting means that you will feel supported and valued at every level of service we provide.
While we hope you enjoy your accounting experience with us, sometimes things just don’t work out. We know that selecting a CPA is a stressful process for most business owners, and the prospect of being locked into a contract can make it much harder.
Our contracts typically extend twelve months, but if you are not satisfied with your service and we are not able to provide an acceptable solution, you may cancel your contract.
First, you are not alone! Most of our clients come to us needing some amount of cleaning up in their books. Part of our new client process is an in-depth analysis to uncover problems many business owners aren’t even aware of.
Our accounting service packages do not include cleaning up any prior periods. However, we do offer comprehensive clean-up services to get your books in order so you can move forward with clarity.
